How to mine Electroneum with xmr-stak-cpu for Windows

If you want to use a wallet for your coins, check the Electroneum-wallet-cli.

1. Download xmr-stak-cpu-win64.zip
2. unzip/unpack/extract it. Antivirus may react.

3. Run xmr-stak-cpu.exe

4. Copy from ”cpu_thread… until ],
In my case it is

”cpu_threads_conf” :

[
{ ”low_power_mode” : false, ”no_prefetch” : true, ”affine_to_cpu” : 0 },
{ ”low_power_mode” : false, ”no_prefetch” : true, ”affine_to_cpu” : 1 },
{ ”low_power_mode” : false, ”no_prefetch” : true, ”affine_to_cpu” : 2 },
],

5. Close the black CMD window. In the folder again, open config.txt. Replace ”cpu_threads_conf” : null,

6. At the bottom of the config.txt, replace

”pool_address” : ”pool.usxmrpool.com:3333”,
”wallet_address” : ””,
”pool_password” : ””,

with

”pool_address” : ”etn.easyhash.io:3630”,
”wallet_address” : ”your-public-address-here”,
”pool_password” : ”x”,

Change pool address to another one if you want, for example uspool.electroneum.com:3333, eupool.electroneum.com:5555 etc…
the ones you will find at https://easyhash.io/connection/etn

Copy paste your public key into Your Stats & Payment History on this page https://easyhash.io/pools/etn to check your payments when you are up running the xmr-stak-cpu.

7. Save the config.txt and run xmr-stak-cpu.exe. It may speed up if you right click and run it as administrator.

If you get dll error, download and install https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=746572

Else, just count your hashes/second. To check your speed, press H.

The one above is from a Phenom II X4 945 and the one below is from a Threadripper 1950x.  Some difference…
